Signing in

If you’ve forgotten your password, choose “Forgotten your password?” on the sign-in screen and we’ll email you a way to choose a new one. If the email doesn’t arrive within a few minutes, check your junk folder, then email us.

Cancelling a subscription

If you subscribed on the website, you can cancel in Dose Diary on the Your plan page. If you subscribed in the iPhone app, Apple manages it: open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions.

Downloading or deleting your data

In Dose Diary, go to Settings, then Your data. You can download everything you’ve written, or delete your account and everything in it. Deleting can’t be undone, so download a copy first if you might want it.

Reminders

Reminders need notifications switched on for Dose Diary on your phone. In Settings you can send yourself a test reminder to check they’re arriving.

Medical questions

We can’t answer questions about your health or your medicines. Please ask your GP or pharmacist. In an emergency, call 999. For urgent help that isn’t an emergency, call NHS 111.
